It's a Pets at Home: useful, but a lot of what's sold isn't safe for the animal it's made for. A couple of members of staff are really helpful. There's a woman there (Kayliegh?) who's very knowledgeable about rodents and care. It's good to find someone with proper welfare knowledge as Pets at Home who can get you to the right products.
My dog had a an appointment for grooming The person who said being the manager was at the till. Very rude and impolite.II absolutely can not believe a person with her attitude can work in such a shop and being a manager also ..unbelievable !!She definitely knows how to lose customers..

Davina is extremely rude and judgemental. I will never be asking her for any assistance in the future. I will go back as this is my local store as other staff members seem nicer. I do not believe people as rude and as opinionated as she is of other dog owners who might do things differently should be allowed to work here. Made my experience today absolutely awful.
