The positive reviews for Hodge Jones & Allen were the reason I got in contact with them about my case but my experience with them was not positive at all. The first solicitor that was assigned to my case went AWOL for 2months (despite me emailing for an update) after I completed the required forms and sent over all of the evidence. He then emails on a Friday at 5.30pm to tell me today was his last day at the firm and someone else would be taking over my case. The solicitor who took over my case never gave me the impression that my case was high on her list. On quite a few occasions I was wondering how serious my case was being taken. Then finally six months after initially contacting the firm I'm told that they can not help. Apparently my case was pretty straight forward, black and white. If something is straight forward and not a 50/50 in the slightest why does it take SIX MONTHS to reach that conclusion? Literally could have taken a week at most. Now I have to contact another firm to see if they reach the same conclusion. I feel it would be silly to trust their review of my case based on my experience with them. Not one to leave reviews but take this into consideration before you go with this firm.
The service we received was fast and efficient. Us as clients are not always the best and a massive thanks to Wesley who was super patient, helpful and honest with us throughout the journey. Considering our case was quite new, he was able to achieve exactly what we wanted and for that we are grateful. We will definitely be returning for future services.
