I'm a landlady who has used the services of Plaza Estates for over 30 years. I would rate them 5* and the best agency in town. They are professional, efficient and friendly. Unlike most of the other larger agency chains they get the job done without bothering you with lots of unnecessary phone calls. There's an intimacy about them which has long been lost by others - many of the staff have been with them for as long as I can remember, which speaks for itself.

As a company they are one of the most reliable, polite, and friendly estate agents in the UK ( and I have worked with many before so I would know ) that i had the pleasure of working with. They say that every 10 years, a relationship is ready for change or something, at least, to reinvigorate it.. not mine with Plaza, and that's where we've arrived almost to the day! They go from strength to strength, as do we by default, because they take care of every detail in a very efficient and amenable way. They are equally sensitive to both landlord and tenant, securing the path of minimum disturbance and stress. For me, their greatest triumph is in their response time, invariably by return, and therein lies just one of their keys to success, because the assurance is there long before you've had time to start worrying!
