What can I say, TRENDS is the best!!! Everyone is always so incredibly welcoming and pleasant! They do everything in their power to accommodate my scheduling request. I see Yaneth regularly and adore her, she listens to both my concerns and what I want my results to be. for a facial and I CAN NOT say enough good things about this experience. A week later and my skin is still glowing!! They are so incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and all of the tools that they use. I respect them 100% and have complete trust in everything that they recommend for me. I am so grateful to have found TRENDS and more grateful for all of the competent, beautiful women that work there! ????????
I have really never been the one to write about business etc, just like to give a maximum of 4 stars unless something was an amazing experience. It does take a lot to impress me. But today I was literally blown away, to start. I am not the one that does massages, etc and I just rather go to my usual barber in shepherds bush. But today I was surprised by my fiancée For a massage and all this pampering business including the dreaded haircut which is just a no, no, way my guy. I dont even need to speak just he knows what to do. But my gosh we had a couples spa package and massage for the old feet and some other Hollywood or Brazilian treatment which is awesome :) The point is that I came out of this spa on another level my massage was awesome the haircut was boom. I now have mixed feelings about my usual barber as I look Boom never had my toes and hands done, I think of myself more like a caveman happy that way but today for the first time ever I had to write something The team at Trends was AMAZING I wish I took the lady name that done the massage. the name of the one that done my feet just to give them credit the guy that did my cut was super. Once more i was too busy for names at the time as is just not my thing but want to acknowledge them all. From the minute I step in it was like a transformation TV show it was amazing. Thank you very much TRENDS my first-ever full review of an amazing afternoon. The price overall was realistically Cheap for what they did between the two of us we were there for 6 hours, see you next month all the best if I could I give them 6 stars I could
Thank you Janeth for my new lips, they are juicy and soft as how I asked. Trends was recommended by my friend who has been doing dermal filler treatments with Janeth for a long time. My friend is extremely happy with the results and Janeth is extremely passionate and has very professional manners. I will return soon for more treatments...I can't wait to visit her again.
They seem kind and reliable but they are not. They removed my very expensive hair extensions and didn’t ask me wether I wanted to keep the hair and kept it in their recycled hair bin. I booked an appointment twice to come after and fix the issue willing you pay for it, they wasted my time and money. I came for the second reservation and the only hairdresser was sick again and they didn’t even bother to call me Or send me an email. I wasted my time and money again. The hairdresser who was a man was touching me inappropriately all the time while doing my hair, is amazing I have to pay for a service to be touched and talked to in a way I don’t come to hair salon for. Not recommended at all!!
