You get what you pay for. Elegant place to have dinner. Staff are efficient and friendly. Food tastes very good. Plenty of choices with their wine list.
Not the place it used to be before the pandemic. The menu has been altered and the dished we have ordered had nothing common with the Italian cuisine. For example, the past with prawns has Indian curry taste. We were disappointed as the new "twist" did not resonate with us. The wine list is also amended and our favourite wines are missing. The deserts were very nice, especially with one with the pineapple
Had a great lunch here at an outdoor table. The service was good and the food was excellent. In particular, the gnocchi with Tuscan sausage and fennel was fabulous. If you’re in the neighbourhood, or visiting the Saatchi gallery next door, this is definitely worth a stop.
Manicomio is a go to for lunch in Chelsea. The food is always excellent and today my Chicken Milanese was gorgeous. On a sunny day sitting outside and people watching with great food and a nice glass of wine is the perfect way to relax with friends.
MERAVIGLIOSO! We had a wonderful dinner here - we loved everything about Manicomio. the staff are wonderful, so courteous, classy, the best service ever. The food - gorgeous. We had both meat and veggie options and dessert, and all were beautifully flavoured and generous portions. Wine lovely too. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean and stylish. I’ve been to all of the Italians in London, I sometimes think, from the nicest to the least nice, and this is absolutely at the top. I will be returning many, many times and recommending this restaurant. A wonderful evening. Thank you!
